Returns & Exchanges

For eligible returns and exchanges, your parcel must be handed to the carrier within 30 days of delivery, with an acceptance scan recorded in the tracking history within that period.

Items must be unworn, in their original condition, and returned with their original packaging and any accompanying certificates.

U.S. Returns

We arrange a return label with insurance covering the full purchase value. Return shipping and insurance costs are deducted from your refund; we’ll confirm the amount with you before issuing the label.

International Returns

Please contact us for return instructions before shipping. You are responsible for arranging and paying for return shipping. Lab-grown diamond returns must include tracking, signature confirmation, and insurance covering the full purchase value.
