The bracelet is beautiful. I find the clasp tricky to use, but customer service sent me step by step photograph instructions. I don't think they are generally needed, but it's typical for me :-) Customer service is on point and super responsive. I highly recommend this company.

Nice bracelet. The clasp is double sided much like far more expensive pieces that I own. The gold is very bright and looks a bit different than the usual 14k. Comes in a very nice gift box with a cleaning cloth. Bought as a gift for my wife who is hard on bracelets and rings so watching how it holds up day-to-day will be the true test but I’m very pleased with it so far. It presented very nice as a gift.
